As a resident, you’ll have mail and packages delivered to campus by various parcel services. For letters and envelope mail, you will have access to a mailbox assigned to your room within your residence hall/complex. Packages, delivered via mail services, will be delivered either to your residence hall’s customer service desk or to the mail lockers central location (Towers or Merick) depending on your residence hall. You will receive an email when a package has arrived and is ready for pickup. Residents are responsible for checking their own mailboxes and for getting packages from the lockers/desks to their room. Food deliveries are not considered mail and will not be held at customer service desks for residents.
