First STEP
First STEP Orientation is for new incoming SEMO students and a great way to introduce you to the Southeast community! We will set up a time for you to meet your academic advisor and assist you in creating your schedule for your first semester. Sign up for your orientation today!

Transfer Orientation
At Southeast, we are committed to making the transition to our campus community easier for you! Transfer Orientation is open for all students who have completed 24 or more college credit hours prior to enrollment at Southeast. This optional program helps familiarize students and guests with academic guidelines and campus services available at Southeast. -
Online Orientation
SEMO Online provides you with the same reputable college courses taught by the University’s exceptional faculty without ever having to set foot on campus. Online orientation is for students who will attend SEMO fully online and helps you get started on your education goals. Get your degree with classes that work with your schedule! -
International Orientation
International Student Orientation is designed to help you get acquainted with and succeed at Southeast. This program, along with other ongoing services offered on campus, enables students to feel welcome and comfortable. Orientation helps new students learn how the University works, find and use resources, and meet fellow students and University staff who play an important role during students' time here. -
Regional Orientation
Camp Redhawk
Camp Redhawk is a summer leadership camp for new students entering their first semester at Southeast Missouri State University! It will offer an introduction to campus life and traditions, immerse you in school spirit, and introduce you to other new Redhawks. Here, you will become more familiar with the campus and community where you will spend your next four years.
