At Towers South, you’ll find a mix of new and returning Southeast students.
Each floor is set up in the community style and is gender-specific. Residents on the floor share a bathroom and shower room with private stalls. Towers’ community-style living offers a friendly environment that makes it easy to meet people, get involved, build friendships, and establish your Southeast family. This is the location for the Community, Floor 3 is for Female residents and Floor 4 is for Male residents.
Each dorm room comes furnished with a bed, desk, chair, clothing storage as well as a sink for getting ready or washing dishes. Every floor has a lounge where you’ll find a TV, microwave, and comfortable furniture for hanging out with floormates as well as Resident Assistants (RA) throughout the building.
