Would you feel more comfortable speaking with a peer? We can do that!

Peer Advisors can help you:

  • Create goals and action steps to work through
  • Connect to campus resources
  • Navigate the registration system in MySEMO
  • Understand the advising process and general education requirements

Do you qualify for the PASS Program?

PASS invitations will be sent during the summer to those who qualify:

  • Below 21 ACT or no ACT
  • < 3.25 High School GPA

The Peer Advisor Support at Southeast (PASS) program provides students with a supportive relationship with a peer advisor. From course guidance to practical advice to ways to connect on campus, our PASS program was designed to help students feel comfortable beginning their first day on campus by hearing from a peer who has recently been there.

During the semester, PASS eligible students are required to have individual meetings with peer advisors and their academic advisor at the academic advising office:

  • First 4-Week Check
  • Mid-Term Grade Check
  • Pre-Finals Week Check

You can still meet with a peer advisor, even if you’re not eligible for one our programs!
