SEMO Summer Marching Arts Camp

The SEMO Summer Marching Arts Camp is a fun, skill-building experience for high school students who want to improve as performers and leaders in their marching bands. Students learn from SEMO faculty and guest teachers in areas like marching technique, music, leadership, color guard, percussion, and drum major training. Open to individuals and sections, this camp helps students prepare for the upcoming season while having fun and making friends on the SEMO campus.

SEMO Honor Band Festival

The SEMO Honor Band Festival is a one-day event that brings together great high school musicians from across the region to rehearse and perform under experienced conductors and SEMO faculty. Designed to challenge and inspire, the festival gives students the chance to work with new music, meet other young musicians, and experience the supportive environment of the SEMO music program. The event is part of the annual Gifford Band Festival, which celebrates great band performance and education. Students in the Honor Band will perform as part of this festival, alongside SEMO's top bands.
