Get some Rest:
Remember that sleep is important! I know when I am exhausted, I am not putting forth my best work. Trust yourself with the information you already know. Whether you are taking naps in your spare time, or going to bed earlier, remember that getting some rest can work in your favor.
Seek Support:
When life gets tough, it’s nice to have people you can lean on. At Southeast, The Counseling Center is great for students looking for a little extra support. Raise your Hand High:
Somethings we all need a refresher from our professor. Don’t be afraid to speak out when you don’t fully understand an assignment. Office- Hours are a great time to drop-in and ask some questions about your course. At the end of the day, your professor wants you to be as successful as possible so don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone.
Don’t Give Up:
You’ve come so far and worked so hard, it’s time to finish strong. Resisting the burnout from classwork can be really challenging. Use this time before the break to motivate yourself!
