Steps to Apply
- Complete the application for admission online. We will let you know if we need additional documentation after you apply.
- Include your company code FCC01M on the application.
- Fill out the Family Counseling Center Co-worker Rate Agreement form and email the required materials to admissions@semo.edu or mail them to:

Recertification
Current SEMO Online students who wish to receive the discount are required to recertify every semester. To receive the discount, complete the Family Counseling Center Co-worker Rate Agreement form and submit it together with the required materials (noted on the form) to the Office of Admissions.Questions?
