Amanda Lincoln has been appointed interim vice president of University Advancement and executive director of the Southeast Missouri University Foundation.

Lincoln has been with the University since 2006. She served as an associate director of development with the University Foundation, focusing on KRCU. Since 2012, she has been a director of development with the Foundation working to benefit the University’s academic mission. Before joining Southeast, she worked as a development and communications specialist with the American Red Cross, Southeast Missouri Chapter. She is a 2001 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with a bachelor’s degree in mass communications, public relations.
Lincoln will serve in the interim appointment for a term beginning September 1 through November 30. Dr. Trudy Lee, the current vice president of University Advancement and executive director of the Foundation is retiring August 31. The University announced a search in early summer to fill the position, following Lee’s retirement, that is currently ongoing.
