Greek Village is a developing campus community located north of the Student Recreation Center and Show Me Center on N. Sprigg Street. Residents of Greek Village enjoy chapter housing in a community designed exclusively for SEMO’s active Greek chapters.

Rules and Regulations
Rental Agreements
Houses in the Greek Village are leased to the Housing Corporation for each chapter by the University and are considered part of the on-campus housing options managed by the Office of Residence Life.
- All on-campus housing policies apply to Greek Village housing
- Student rental agreements for the Greek Village are administered through the Housing Corporation for each chapter and are billed separately from the University.
Eligibility
To be eligible to live in the Greek Village, active members in good standing of the chapter must meet one of the following criteria:
- Have lived on-campus at Southeast for two semesters
- Will be 21 years of age or older before the first day of fall classes
- Have completed 57 credit hours towards a degree with at least 42 hours earned after high school graduation
- Transfer students, in the sophomore class or higher, that have been initiated into the chapter
Interested students should contact their chapter’s President or adviser for more information on living in the house.

Parking for Greek Village is located in section 5-6 of the Show Me Center Lot behind Greek Village.
Mail and packages are delivered to exterior mailboxes located within the Greek Village during the week. Oversized packages that do not fit in the package boxes will be available for pickup from the Towers Desk during service hours.
