Common Access Card (CAC) is required to access the following websites and OCs will be required to complete training that can only be accessed with a CAC and CAC reader.  Installing CAC reader and certificates information page here.

Army Learning System (ALMS) ALMS is a centralized training system, allowing training NCOs, training managers, instructors, unit commanders, and individual users to schedule, register, and deliver standardized Army training to Soldiers and DA Civilians at home and abroad. Users can register for self-paced courses. From the office, home or DTF, Soldiers and Army civilians will be able to meet their distributed learning needs 24/7.

Officer candidates are required to complete the following on-line training courses in ALMS;

  • Structured Self Development
  • Army Accident Avoidance Course

Civilian Employment Information (CEI) Update your civilian employment information yearly.

Enterprise Email (EE) Access your military email.

MyPay Portal Access military W-2s, pay stubs, update direct deposit, etc. 

Tricare Enroll in Tricare health insurance, $42.83 for single Soldiers and $218.01 for family plans.

AKO Army Knowledge Online provides access to a variety of DOD and Government websites to include;

AKO Login tutorial and instructions for PHA, iPerms, MyPay, DTS, ERB.

Joint Service Transcript review or print your official military school transcript for college credit.
