Rosemary Berkel and Harry L. Crisp II Museum hosts Don Sahli for a captivating live painting demo!
Don Sahli has been a professional painter earning a living as an artist for over 35 years. He is prolific, producing large studio pieces, numerous plein air works and public and corporate commissions. Know for his thick use of paint, his brush stroke is exciting and carries a positive emotion to the viewer.
This live demo painting will be a majestic landscape made in oils. Sahli was a prodigy student under Russian painter Sergei Bongart. The famous Russian lineage lives on with bold strokes by large brushes that resonate energy and have great appeal to the viewer and fine art collectors.
Pre-registration is required. This event is free for the University community and $20 for the public. This demo will take place in the Dobbins Center Building, Mezzanine Classroom.
