The Southeast Symphony Orchestra Gala Season Opener is coming October 15 at 7:30 p.m. in the Bedell Concert Hall.
First prize gold medalist at the International Tchaikovsky Competition for Young Musicians and at the Indianapolis International Violin Competition, Sirena Huang is noted for her “impeccable technique and deeply expressive phrasing.” She will help open our 24th season performing Bruch’s famous Violin Concerto No. 1 in G Minor. Also on the program is the Classical work best known from watching Bugs Bunny - The Overture to the Barber of Seville, and Beethoven's self-proclaimed "best work", his Seventh Symphony. Tickets can be purchased at the River Campus Box Office or at RiverCampus.org. Come hear what our students can do!
