Funding for Results (FFR)
The Funding for Results (FFR) program provides a mechanism to fund those strategic initiatives having to do with the enhancement of teaching and learning. Proposals are requested in a standard grant proposal format and are reviewed by a Funding for Results team in the standard manner in which grants are normally reviewed. There are three categories of competitive grants, Demonstration, Implementation and Core Continuing. FFR funds support two other types of activities: University Initiative projects and the Student Professional Development Fund. For complete information on the FFR Program, please see the University Provost's website.
Grants and Research Funding Committee (GRFC)
The Grants and Research Funding Committee is a legislative committee of the Faculty Senate, and is comprised of rotating faculty members representing each Academic College / School and Kent Library. The goal of the Grants and Research Funding Committee is to "encourage the growth of scholarly and creative activity at Southeast Missouri State University." GRFC Guidelines (2018).
