What is your major at Southeast and what led you to that?

I am getting my Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology. I chose this path so that I could further my career and gain more skills that could help me advance.

Why did you choose to attend Southeast Online?

It was convenient. With a full time job and a family with four growing boys, online classes were the only way I would be able to get my Master’s degree.

How would you characterize faculty support received while taking online classes?

The teachers are great! They are always available when help is needed, whether it is during the week or on the weekends.

How would you describe your Southeast Online experience?

Having my classes online has given me the ability to work on school work when I can, without mandating my schedule. It has been great!

What is the most important thing you've learned while taking classes with Southeast Online?

The most important thing I have learned is that I am quite capable of making this work. Juggling work, family life, motherhood and school is a challenge - one that I am able to accomplish!

What is your greatest academic accomplishment?

My greatest academic accomplishment was getting accepted into the program. Once complete, my Master’s degree will be my greatest accomplishment.

How is your online education at Southeast preparing you for your desired career?

My online education is helping me learn the skills that are required to be a better employee and leader at the company I work for. I am learning fundamental principles to help me make a difference.
