  • Investigate complaints of sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, gender-related violence including stalking and intimate partner violence, and protected class discrimination and harassment and related retaliation.
  • Conduct prompt, equitable and impartial administrative investigations into complaints including identifying, and interviewing parties and identifying, gathering and assessing information relevant to the investigation, applying relevant policies and make findings of fact in individual cases.
  • Assist in the development of diversity and affirmative action goals; actively fostering and monitoring campus climate and providing resolution and mediation of complaints by faculty, staff, students and other constituents related to equity, Title VII, Title IX, discrimination and other areas of harassment.
  • Collaborate with on and off campus resources in investigating and resolving complaints and work with the Coordinator of Institutional Equity and Diversity/Title IX Coordinator to ensure that the University’s processes, responses and policies are consistent with federal and state laws and regulations related to compliance with Title IX, Title VII and Anti-discrimination laws.
