What does Southeast Missouri State University mean to you?

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at SEMO and I am proud to be an alum.

Why is it important to support students (at a time like this)?

Anything that can be done to help alleviate any stress from a student's academic process is always important.

Why do you give to Southeast?

To help provide scholarships to students who might otherwise not be able to afford to got to college.

Why do you believe the work of the Foundation is important?

I work at a community college and know first hand that the work the Foundation does makes a huge difference with recruitment and retention.

What personal experiences have you had with the students you have helped (who have been helped by the Foundation)?

I have received phone calls from current student within the Social Work department who have received scholarships.

Why should other people give to Southeast?

I think donating to the scholarship fund allows students the opportunity to further their education.

How has earning your degree from Southeast impacted your life?

Yes, I received a job offer within a month after graduating from SEMO with my Bachelor's Degree in Social Work.
