Due to weather conditions, Southeast Missouri State University’s main campus, River Campus and regional campuses in Sikeston and Kennett will operate on a delayed start, opening at noon, Feb. 24.
Southeast’s Poplar Bluff location (at Three Rivers College) and Cape College Center will remain closed Feb. 24. Southeast offices are opening at noon Feb. 24.
