Join Luke Rolfes for a public reading of his new novel, Sleep Lake!

The Southeast Missouri State University English department is bringing visiting writer Luke Rolfes to campus to do a public reading of his recently published novel, Sleep Lake, at Catapult Creative House. Rolfes will also be visiting creative writing classes on Oct. 6 and 7.

Rolfes is an assistant professor at Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri.

To provide students and the wider community the opportunity to hear from published authors, SEMO's Department of English brings two visiting writers a year to campus, one per semester. The writers alternate genres from poetry to fiction, with Rolfes being a fiction writer.

This event is free and open to the public. For more information, please contact Dr. James Brubaker at jbrubacker@semo.edu
