Google Certification
Earning a Google Certification is a great benefit to students, and several students may qualify to receive a testing voucher at no cost.
3D Printing
3D printing services are offered to current Southeast Missouri State University students, faculty, and staff within the College of Education, Health, and Human Studies. Other print requests will be considered based on certain conditions.

Student Device Specification
Students in the Education Preparation programs must have a mobile device. This device cannot be a phone. Find out which devices are supported and the ones we recommend.
Laser Cutting and Engraving
Laser cutting and engraving are available for requests that are educational in nature. A form must be submitted one week prior to when an item(s) is needed.
The EDvolution® Center provides large-format printing services to faculty, students, and departments. Printed posters, plans, and documents can be up to 44" wide, and virtually unlimited length, on glossy or matte finish paper.
Files must be sized correctly and be in PDF, JPEG, PSD, or PowerPoint format to avoid a $5 reformatting fee. Files cannot have a background image or backgrounds that are a solid color other than white. If you have questions regarding acceptable backgrounds for posters, please email edvolution@semo.edu.

Poster Tips
When designing your poster, to ensure your print job is sized appropriately, you can design your poster in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Open Microsoft PowerPoint
- Click the Design tab on the top ribbon
- Click "Slide Size"
- Click "Page Setup"
- Enter the desired dimensions and click OK. (see available sizes and pricing on Large Format Printing Request Form)

*Equipment checkout requires a valid Southeast ID card to be presented at the time of checkout unless alternative arrangements have been made.
Any persons who check out equipment from The EDvolution® Center must first agree to the Equipment Checkout Agreement. Persons who do not return equipment checked out from The EDvolution® Center by 30 days after the due date will be charged the replacement cost. Persons who return equipment checked out from The EDvolution® Center in a condition other than the condition in which they received it will be charged the replacement cost.

iPads for Faculty and Staff
Faculty and staff check out their iPads from The EDvolution® Center. If you are a faculty or staff member within the College of Education, Health, and Human Studies in need of a University-issued iPad, you can schedule a time to visit us and be issued an iPad once your department chair has notified us that you may check one out.
Equipment, Supplies, and Services Available
- Ellison die-cut machines are available with four complete alphabets, shapes, and designs, all of which can be used freely inside The EDvolution® Center (TEC).
- A paper cutter is available for easy cutting of large or small sheets of paper.
- Lamination services are provided by TEC staff upon request.
Material prices (charged to student account):
- Butcher/bulletin board paper: 22¢ per foot
- Construction paper: 22¢ per sheet
- Posterboard: 81¢ per sheet
- Lamination: 11¢ per inch
