Lincoln is a partner in Armanino’s Audit practice and has a specialized focus in serving financial services-related entities. His broad experience includes providing audit and other attest services to banks, credit unions, securities broker-dealers (clearing and fully disclosed), registered investment advisors, private equity funds, subprime lending institutions and investment/hedge funds.
With expertise in the financial services industry, Lincoln provides clients with counsel on complex business matters and process improvement, internal controls and risk management and cost reduction strategies. Additionally, Lincoln’s experience and exposure in dealing with FINRA, the SEC and other regulatory agencies, as well as with personnel and corresponding regulations, allows him to be an invaluable resource for his clients governed by these regulatory bodies. Prior to joining Armanino, Lincoln was a partner in the Audit practice at Brown Smith Wallace, where he led the Financial Services industry group.
Lincoln is a May 2001 graduate from Southeast Missouri State University with a bachelor's degree in Accounting.
