Child Advocacy Studies Training (CAST): Certificate Program

The Southeast Missouri State Univeristy CAST program is committed to reducing the occurrences of child abuse by education and training professionals to improve responsiveness and inter-organizational collabortaion. Protecting children and building healthy families are core values to the approach of this commitment. Also valued is the importance of helping professionals to better employ a collaborative systems approach to protocol development to meet the needs of victims.

9 Credit Hours Required

HS 301. Foundations of Child Maltreatment and Advocacy (3). 

 

HS 401. Professional and System Responses (3). 

 

HS 402. Responding to the Survivor (3).
