WebAIM Contrast Checker helps you test color combinations for readability.

Colour Contrast Analyser is a free desktop tool for more detailed testing. 

Hemingway Editor shows reading level and suggests simpler words.

Readable provides detailed readability analysis for longer documents. 

Adobe Acrobat Pro has built-in accessibility checking features.

PAC 3 is a free PDF accessibility checker that identifies common problems.
