How To Support Your Research Student 

  • Ensure that your student’s research was completed primarily by them. 
  • Ensure that your student’s research complies with all university policies (e.g. Academic Honesty, Code of Student Conduct, IRB, IACUC).  
  • Provide input, guidance, and support as your student plans and executes their research and prepares their conference presentation.  
  • Help ensure that the student’s work is of a scope and employs methodologies appropriate to comprise legitimate research in the discipline.
