Jaszmine Walton, a sophomore at SEMO and a Missouri-based painter, focuses on real-world settings and subjects that speak to her emotionally as well as artistically. The "Artists Eye" refers to an enhanced way of seeing and perceiving the world as it is, focusing on patterns, colors and emotional connections that others might overlook. 

An opening reception for "Art in Existence" is Friday, December 5 from 5-7 p.m. This exhibition is free and open to the public.
