Having previously taught at the London College of Music Junior Department, Colgate University in New York, Murray State University and the Wisconsin Conservatory, I have held the position of flute instructor at Southeast since 1991.

In addition, I have taught a wide range of Music History courses, Freshman Seminar classes, Jazz Appreciation, Victorian Studies and have conducted the Southeast Symphony.

As a performer I have performed at National Flute Association Conventions in Chicago, Los Angeles, New Orleans and New York, as well as at the Saint-Savin International Baroque Festival (France) and on the Great Wall of China.

I studied with Alain Marion, Robert Goldberg and Rainer Schuelein.
