Dr. Kelli Nicholson is the Missouri Teacher Development System (MTDS) Specialist for the Southeast Regional Professional Development Center at Southeast Missouri State University. Dr. Nicholson was a high school English teacher for thirteen years at Valley R-VI and Fredericktown R-I. She holds a MA in English from Southeast Missouri State University, Specialist in Secondary Administration from William Woods University, and Doctorate in Educational Leadership from William Woods University. During her time in public education, Dr. Nicholson served as a data coordinator, instructional coach, and interventionist.
