Louise Bodenheimer, MFA
Professor — Art & Design
Professor Louise Bodenheimer has been the area head of graphic design/illustration in the Department of Art and Design at Southeast since 1992. The Musical Heritage mural she designed resides on the side of Shivelbine’s Music building in downtown Cape Girardeau. Professor Bodenheimer has exhibited her illustration/artwork in solo and group shows regionally and nationally and has been published in Missouri Life Magazine. She has collaborated with the Department of Music in providing digital backdrops for various performances. She Professor Bodenheimer has designed brand collateral for the Holland College of Arts and Media's annual River Campus Summer Arts Festival since 2013. Her professional graphic design work, along with that of her students, has received various awards through the American Advertising Federation in the tri-state area.
