Commencement Regalia Pickup Begins Thursday

Commencement exercises will be held Saturday, May 13 at: 10 a.m.: For the College of Health and Human Services and the College of Liberal Arts 2 p.m.: For the Harrison College of Business, College of Education, and College of Science, Technology and Agriculture Both ceremonies will be in the Show Me Center. A reception for all graduates and guests will be held in the Student Recreation Center (SRC) immediately following each commencement. All University personnel are invited to attend. Those who have ordered regalia may pick it up as follows (undergraduate and graduate students, and faculty/staff): Wehking Alumni Center: Thursday, May 11, 8:30 a.m.–6:45 p.m. Friday, May 12, 8:30 a.m.–2:45 p.m. Students only: Emergency pick-up on Saturday, May 13, from 9:30 a.m.–noon, SRC Room 107. *Due to location change, regalia will not be available between 3 p.m. May 12 and 9:30 a.m. May 13, or after noon on May 13. Faculty and professional staff who will be participating in the commencement exercise should gather in the center of the track in the SRC, wearing regalia, at least 30 minutes prior to program start time. The processional exits the SRC 10 minutes prior to start time, and begins entry into the arena promptly at start time. Rental regalia should be returned to SRC Room 107 immediately following each commencement. Those not returning regalia by 5 p.m. on commencement day will be charged for return shipping of the regalia For more information, please contact the Registrar's Office at (573) 651-2051.
