Health Communication Webinar to be Held Wednesday

The Fifth Annual Health Communication Webinar will be held at noon Wednesday, March 8, in the University Center Ballroom. Dr. Dana Schwieger, professor of management information systems (MIS) in Southeast’s Department of Accounting, will present “Getting Plugged In: Electronic Medical Records.” Schwieger will share her recent experiences as an Epic-credentialed trainer at Saint Francis Medical Center when they transitioned to their new electronic medical record system. The Health Communication Webinar series is designed to highlight the interdisciplinary nature of health communication.
