'Take-Away Friday' Moves to New Location this Week

The 'Take-Away Friday' series of faculty development will be held at noon Feb. 10 in a new location, Towers Complex Room 110. This week the Office of Instructional Technology and the Center for Scholarship in Teaching and Learning presents “Ten Ways to Plan Lessons for the Google Generation,' and discuss what to do when every student carries into the classroom a pocket-sized device that can access vast amounts of accumulated knowledge. This session covers 10 nuggets of teaching trickery to take advantage of a post-Google era. Come and hear what our presenters have to say! As always, lunch is provided.
