'Take-Away Friday' Series Continues Feb. 3

The “Take-Away Friday” series of faculty development will present “Active Learning and Engagement Pedagogies as They Relate to Retention' at noon Feb. 3 in Crisp Hall Room 125. This week the Office of Instructional Technology and the Center for Scholarship in Teaching and Learning continue to discuss a follow-up and supplement to Vincent Tinto's session on active learning and engagement pedagogies for those who were unable to attend Tinto's presentation. Active learning is important in any learning environment, and it can take many different shapes and forms. This session shows ways to incorporate active learning into your learning environments.
