The Southeast Missouri State University Board of Governors approved the appointment of Dr. Bruce Skinner as a University representative to the Show Me Center Board of Managers as well as the River Campus Board of Managers.
Skinner is associate vice president of student life at Southeast.
The Multi-use Center Agreement between the City of Cape Girardeau and Southeast Missouri State University calls for both the City Council and the Board of Governors to each appoint three members to the Show Me Center Board of Managers. Members serve three-year staggered terms.

At least one of the City’s appointees must be from the hotel/motel industry. Members serve three-year terms.
