The Online Learning Consortium (OLC) is a collaborative community of higher education leaders and innovators, dedicated to advancing quality digital teaching and learning experiences designed to reach and engage the modern learner and engage the modern learner—anyone, anywhere, anytime.
Founded in 1999, OLC is one of the go-to sources for everything related to digital learning. They offer an online Research Center full of publications like: journals, surveys, and book series.
WCET is the WICHE Cooperative for Educational Technologies, the leader in policy, practice, and advocacy of technology-enhanced higher education. Founded in 1989 to serve the members of the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE), WCET has grown into 350 institutions and organizations located across the U.S. and internationally.
WCET is a membership-based organization with institutional memberships. Southeast has an institutional membership and welcome faculty to take advantage of such a great resource.
UPCEA is one of the leading associations for professional, continuing, and online education. For more than 100 years, UPCEA has served most of the leading public and private colleges and universities in North America. Founded in 1915, the association serves its members with innovative conferences and specialty seminars, research and benchmarking information, professional networking opportunities and timely publications. Based in Washington, D.C., UPCEA also builds greater awareness of the vital link between contemporary learners and public policy issues.

Quality Matters (QM) is a faculty-centered, peer review process that is designed to certify the quality of online and blended courses. QM helps faculty develop best practices, improve existing courses, increase overall quality of online courses, and provide ways to help increase student engagement in an online course.
MACADA promotes excellence in academic advising and supports the development of professional competencies linked to students’ academic achievement, retention, and persistence to graduation. MACADA provides opportunities for professional development , developing connections, and leadership for a diverse body of higher education professionals throughout the state of Missouri.
NACADA is an association of professional advisors, counselors, faculty, administrators, and students working to enhance the educational development of students.
NACADA promotes and supports quality academic advising in institutions of higher education to enhance the educational development of students. NACADA provides a forum for discussion, debate, and the exchange of ideas pertaining to academic advising through numerous activities and publications. NACADA also serves as an advocate for effective academic advising by promoting a Consulting and Speaker Service, an Awards Program, and funding for research related to academic advising.
