If your last name has changed, follow these steps to update your SE Key:
- Contact the Registrar's Office at 573-651-2250.
- If you are unsure of your current status, please visit the Personal Information menu
in the Portal to confirm.
- Fax 573-651-5155 with proof of your name change (social security card, driver's license,
or court ordered document), your Southeast ID number (S01XXXXXX), your request to
update your name, and your signature.
- Once your name is correct in the University database, you may then email email@example.com
with your old name, your new name and your Southeast ID number.
