Southeast Missouri State University’s Small Business Development Center will host a Business Growth Workshop from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. April 3 at the Kennett Chamber of Commerce, 1601 1st St. in Kennett. The free event is open to business owners and will feature three workshops focused on growth strategies, marketing, and talent retention.
Attendees can register for one, two, or all three sessions:
Strategic Growth at 10 a.m. will cover key strategies for long-term business expansion. Register for the growth workshop.
Developing Your Marketing Game Plan at noon will provide insights on crafting an effective marketing strategy. Register for the marketing workshop.
Talent Attraction and Retention at 1:30 p.m. will focus on best practices for recruiting and keeping employees. Register for the talent attraction and retention workshop.
The workshops will give business owners the opportunity to gain valuable insights and network with others in the local business community. Registration is required for each session.
