Service Excellence @ Southeast (SE@SE) will be offering service excellence training on the following days and times for the Summer 2022 semester:
- Thursday, May 19 from 8:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
- Wednesday, June 8 from 8:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
- Tuesday, July 12 from 8:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
The SE@SE committee is comprised of a group of staff members who have received Silver, Gold, and Train the Trainer certification through Susan Leigh Consulting-SLC Higher Ed. SE@SE is chaired by Will Atkins Jr., training and development manager.
Dedicated to improving the service culture, the SE@SE committee team members provide interactive trainings discussing the impact and implementation of service excellence at Southeast Missouri State University.
Training topics include effective communication, escalation pathways, and steps to becoming a service excellence leader. These trainings are open to all Southeast faculty and staff.
