In anticipation, for the upcoming 2020 W-2 Wage and Tax Statement and the 1095-C Employer Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage forms, Human Resources encourages employees to provide their electronic consent to receive both their W-2 and 1095-C forms online.Employees who have given their consent in the past to receive their W-2 or 1095-C forms online do not need to do so again. Once consent is given, it carries forward each year and does not need to be repeated.2020 W-2 forms are due to employees by Feb. 1, 2021, and 1095-C forms are due to employees by March 2, 2021. Employees do not need a 1095-C form to file their 2020 taxes.To provide consent to receive/view any W-2 or 1095-C electronically:
- Log on to My Southeast
- Select the Employee SS tab
- Under Tax Forms, select the Electronic W-2 Consent option
- Check the Consent to Receive W-2 Electronically box and/or
- Check the Consent to Receive 1095-C Electronically box
- Click on the Submit button
