Housed in the Otto and Della Seabaugh Polytech Building, our multi-million-dollar facility gives Engineering and Technology students the chance to put classroom knowledge into practice. Programs
With our state-of-the-art facilities, students can major in anything from engineering to computer technology or technology management to professional pilot. Nano-Bio Laboratory
Our Nano-Bio Laboratory develops learning in nanoscience and bioengineering in order to make our students the next generation of scientists and engineers to lead discovery at the nanoscale.

First Lego League Qualifying Competitions
The robotics competition and innovation fair for kids in 4th to 8th grade is held in the fall. It is open to schools and other community groups. The season typically starts in September. If you have interest in starting a team or volunteering to help, please contact engtech@semo.edu. -

Industrial Advisory Committee
The Industrial Advisory Committee was designed to provide input and make recommendations for the Engineering Technology and Industrial Technology undergraduate program. The committee’s function is to advise, assess, and validate curriculum, so it meets the needs of industrial enterprises and educational outcomes. -
