For planning purposes, the University offices will be closed and staff will observe the following holidays for 2024-2025.
- July 4, Independence Day
- September 2, Labor Day
- November 27, University Closes at Noon, Thanksgiving Holiday
- November 28-29, Thanksgiving Holiday
- December 23, Additional Christmas Holiday
- December 24-25, Christmas Holiday
- December 31, January 1, New Year's Holiday
- January 20, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- April 18, Designated Holiday
- May 26, Memorial Day
- June 19, Juneteenth
In addition, the University will be closed from December 26-27 and 30, 2024, these will be paid time off days. Office hours for March 10-14, 2025, and May 12 through August 8, 2025, will be 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
