I am Kennedy Hanner, and I joined the admissions team in February of 2025.

I’m a proud SEMO alumnus with a degree in Mass Communications: Public Relations. During my time here, I got involved in organizations that nurtured my creativity and professionalism.  I am grateful to be on the other side of higher education and share with students the wonderful opportunities and possibilities that SEMO has to offer.  

You can find the traditional college experience anywhere, but SEMO is where you build your roots and shape your future.

A fun fact about me is that I have a deep love for the musical Hamilton!  I know all the songs by heart.
