Our donors support a wide variety of programs that benefit many of our students and contribute to the economic, social, and cultural vibrancy of not just the University but also our region. While the areas of interest you have may vary, all of you give because you want to make a difference in the lives of our students by giving the gift of education.
Our Donors
Southeast Missouri University Foundation is honored to recognize our generous donors who choose to support Southeast’s mission and the work of its students, faculty, and staff. With sincere gratitude, we recognize our donors for their annual gifts, cumulative lifetime gifts, and planned giving commitments.
President’s Council
The President’s Council is comprised of individuals and corporations who are investors in the success of Southeast Missouri State University. Their commitment to Southeast has led these alumni and friends to make cumulative gifts of $20,000 or more as individuals or $50,000 or more as corporations.
Horizon Club
The Horizon Club is the planned giving recognition society through which Southeast Missouri University Foundation recognizes those donors who have provided for future Southeast students through wills, trusts, annuities, life insurance policies, or other planned gift arrangements.
Copper Dome Society
Members of the Copper Dome Society give $250 or more during a fiscal year. These individuals demonstrate their commitment and leadership by enabling students to receive scholarships, the latest classroom technology, and the experiences outside the classroom which are so vital for learning today.
University Staff
Southeast faculty and staff are among our most loyal supporters, and have proven that together, we can accomplish far more than we can individually. Faculty and staff can even elect to support students through payroll deduction.

Southeast Missouri State University recognizes all its financial donors and contributors each year through the Honor Roll of Donors publication and Alumni Givers listing.

You choose where your passion is, and we’ll help you make a difference for Southeast students in that area. Whether you’re supporting students through endowed scholarships, donating to the Redhawk Food Pantry, providing funds to Kent Library to enhance student research, supporting students with experiential learning opportunities, or giving to the University Fund to support the immediate area of greatest need, you make a difference in the lives of our students.
