During the planning process, several initiatives emerged to support the achievement of the plan's goals. These initiatives are outlined below. We anticipate further development of both the initiatives and the tactics that support them as we share the plan with campus and community. As implementation moves forward, progress on the initiatives as well as updates as they evolve will continue to be shared here.

  • Develop streamlined course pathways and scheduling
  • Expand the number of 90-credit hour degree programs
  • Develop alumni/employer mentoring program and speaker ’s series
  • Redesign new student onboarding and the first-year experience
