Options to submit official transcripts requests:

To request through the portal, log in with your Southeast Key and password. [For assistance activating your SEKey or retrieving your password, please contact the Information Technology Help Desk at 573.651.4357]. Once logged into the portal, follow these steps to request an official transcript:

  1. Select the “Student SS” tab.
  2. Under “Services” select “Enrollment Verification or Official Transcript.”
  3. Choose “Order or track a transcript.”
  4. Follow the prompts to order a transcript or review a previous request.

To request an official transcript using the National Student Clearinghouse website, read through the directions and click the Order Transcripts button at the bottom of the screen. Ordering a transcript through the National Student Clearinghouse is considered a secure medium and the transcripts are official.  Verify with the receiving institution that a transcript ordered through this process and sent via pdf or electronic exchange will be considered as official transcripts on that end.

Please Note: Official Transcripts to be printed and mailed to overseas areas will be sent using regular, standard U.S. Mail. There are no tracking numbers associated with regular, standard U.S. Mail.

Fees

Official transcripts are $15 per copy and are billed directly to the credit card if ordered through the National Student Clearinghouse process.  Additional fees will be charged for overnight mail.
