Thousands of students over the last 65 years have prepared science exhibits and had their interest piqued by their work to the point that they continued their science education. The fair is open to high school and junior high schools.

This science fair helps provide students opportunities to pursue their academic interests and build career pathways. Because of this fair and the scores of others around the country, this nation has benefited immeasurably by the products of minds and hands in research and industry to make mankinds life incalculably better.
