Acre Research Farm
The David M. Barton Agriculture Research Center includes beef teaching and research unit for production and reproductive research. It also allows student crop science research with underground drainage irrigation, bioreactors, and retention basis. Students often participate in research and projects with the Missouri Department of Agriculture at the facility.

From a microwave spectroscopy lab to the Gulf Coast Research Laboratory to the Center for Environmental Analysis, Southeast students have abundant opportunities to test their theories and apply their learning.

Largest Student-Run Greenhouse
Students get lessons in both horticulture and entrepreneurship at the Hutson Greenhouse. It provides opportunities for both commercial plant production and retail sales and just happens to be the largest student run commercial greenhouse in the nation!

Professional Centers
Southeast students gain professional experience at five centers. The Applied Statistics Center, The Center for Environmental Analysis, the Technology Resource Center, the Hutson Greenhouse, and the David M. Barton Agriculture Research Center.
