Earning a degree in Communication Studies or Spanish helps you develop verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills. Students focus on learning how to adapt to unique situations, work collaboratively in small teams, and identify, assess, and develop appropriate communication strategies for interpersonal and professional environments. Specific skills include public speaking, intercultural competence, conflict resolution, and translation, to name a few.
