Program Description

The Specialist in Educational Administration Program is designed to train high quality superintendents, career principals, and career special education directors. Students engage in a curriculum developed around the themes of continuous school improvement, transformational leadership, management of educational systems, and instructional leadership. 

The program of studies accommodates the busy schedules of practicing professionals with coursework offered online and faculty support provided through advising, mentorship, and internship guidance.

Admissions Requirements

  • A graduate GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 point scale
  • A master's degree (if not in Educational Administration prerequisites will apply)
  • A valid teaching certificate
