Where Bold Living Meets Lasting Connections

Willard Duncan Vandiver Hall is one of the residence halls at SEMO that welcomes you to campus on Henderson St. Vandiver is walking distance from important places on campus like the University Center and Kent Library, and to off-campus interests like Capaha Park and local restaurants. If you're looking for an in-hall hangout space, the first floor has a game lounge. Laundry and mail are also right on site, providing everything you need without leaving your space.

The rooms at Vandiver are suite-style, with two two-person rooms sharing a bathroom with double sinks. Each room comes furnished with beds, desks, chairs, and storage for both you and your roommate. Every floor offers a central lounge with a kitchenette, perfect for study sessions and hangouts with classmates. If you need a more relaxed space, a second cozy lounge is also available on each floor.

SEMO encourages building community, and there's no better way than joining one of our Special Interest Housing communities. Vandiver hosts several, giving you the opportunity to meet new faces and learn with familiar ones while engaging in topics you all have an interest in.

Take a virtual tour of Vandiver and get a feel for what life would be like here at SEMO.
