Missouri S&T and SEMO have established a partnership to provide students a streamlined pathway to engineering degrees in Southeast Missouri. Students complete their first two years of the engineering program at SEMO before transferring to S&T. The cooperative partnership offers degrees in:

The civil engineering bachelor's program equips you to solve tomorrow's challenges, some of the world’s biggest, most vital structures, from interstate highways and bridges, to dams and airports, to water-treatment plants and power stations.

The electrical engineering bachelor’s program prepares you to design technologies involving energy, electronics, communications, computing and control systems.

The mechanical engineering bachelor’s program is the broadest of all engineering disciplines. You’ll train to master the art of energy conversion, machine design, and systems control.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
To enter the program, you must first be admitted to SEMO. Students will be considered for admission to S&T civil engineering, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering programs upon completion of the first two years at SEMO. Typically, admission requires a minimum of 2.5 cumulative GPA and satisfactory progress through foundational engineering coursework. Students must also have a 2.25 GPA in all math and science courses taken prior to applying. All students who meet the criteria are guaranteed admission into the appropriate S&T engineering program.
