Throughout its history, Southeast Missouri State University has recognized the service of veterans and their families.
The University’s Veterans Plaza project is an opportunity for you to honor the military service of friends, family members, and others through the purchase of one or more commemorative bricks in the plaza.

Veteran's Plaza Remembrance Ceremony
November 11, 2025, at 11 a.m. in the Veterans Plaza, which is located between Academic and Memorial Hall.
A remembrance ceremony will be held for Veterans Day, and the new bricks will be unveiled in the plaza. There will be a speaker and refreshments to follow. Please register by November 7.
